Job Description
The Office of Regional Centers and Online Programs is seeking qualified applicants for the Strategic Partnership Coordinator position at the University of Tennessee at Martin. The Strategic Partnership Coordinator is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing strategic initiatives and partnerships to enhance outreach and support the mission of the Regional Centers and Online Programs. This role focuses on building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, identifying funding opportunities, and leveraging data to drive program development and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with K-12 schools, community colleges, and other organizations to expand educational opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with university goals.
Funding Acquisition: Identify and secure grant funding to support dual enrollment, K-12 partnerships, and workforce programs.
Program Management: Oversee the coordination and implementation of programs and projects, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to assess program performance and provide reports to stakeholders.
Liaison and Representation: Serve as a liaison between university departments and external partners and represent the organization on relevant committees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and four years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Master's degree preferred.
Experience in partnership development, program management, or higher education administration.
Ability to identify and secure grant funding.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
Advanced financial and analytical skills, including budget management and data-driven decision-making.
Proven experience in securing, managing, and administering grants and external funding sources.
Strong understanding of the operations, policies, and regulatory frameworks of the Tennessee Department of Education.
